Fall dance classes kick off on Monday, September 13th!

At Bees’ Knees Dance we teach beginner adults with absolutely no experience how to dance:

• Break out of your regular day to day routine with a new social activity.
• Meet new people, learn something out of the ordinary, and connect with a fresh and lively community.
• Increase your fitness in a way that doesn’t feel like “exercise”  or work.
• Diversify your social activities, entertainment and things to do in St. Catharines and the Niagara Region!

Swing dancing is joyful, free spirited and infectious. Our St. Catharines classes are innovative, relaxed, and welcoming, providing individual attention to each student and appealing to adults of all backgrounds. The first class is always FREE so come check it out!

Classes are held on Monday nights at the Folk Arts Multicultural Centre, 85 Church St. in downtown St. Catharines, L2R 3C7. We use the upper hall of the rear building called Robertson Hall. This is right downtown, just steps away from the transit terminal, and there’s lots of parking at the back.

Mondays

Location: Folk Arts Multicultural Centre, 85 Church St.

7pm – 8pm Beginner Swing Dancing (Level 1)

8pm – 9pm Transitions in Swing Swing Dancing (Level 1.5)

First class FREE!

Just $10 per class
Our St. Catharines dance classes are just $10 per person per class, Pay-As-You-Go* and completely Drop-In friendly. If you take 2 classes on the same night, take the 2nd class for half price!

When To Start?

A new beginner series starts every month so that you don’t have to wait to get started. Each new session begins with the new calendar month. For example, if the first of the month falls on a Wednesday then the first Monday night class will be on the 6th of the month. However, all of the classes are drop-in friendly so feel free to attend at your convenience. Please remember that there are no dance classes on holiday Mondays.
